Students will listen in pairs to different stories from the Silk Road to determine are they myth, folktale and legend. As an extension students will explain what do we learn about the people that created these stories.

Essential Question: How do the creation stories from the River Valley Civilizations(Egypt, India and China) show the differences and similarities between them?
